Boot Camp

The Los Angeles Athletic club offers a Boot Camp class with a no excuse attitude. The question is ... are you up for a challenge and are you willing to commit to three days of exercise to see your fitness level improve? To improve your level of fitness our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that will target improvements in strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. Furthermore, nutritional suggestions will be given with the intent to encourage better eating habits.

This class is offered only to members.
