Playing basketball is one of the best ways to heighten your cardiovascular strength and endurance. Basketball also affords you the opportunity to improve muscular strength and endurance, not to mention the athletic benefits like reduced reaction time, coordination, speed and quickness and power.
We offer basketball-conditioning classes that challenge the novice and expert alike and one on one basketball training with our knowledgeable and vastly experienced staff. You will certainly exceed your fitness and athletic goals.
The LAAC holds Basketball leagues annually (Summer). Each season consists of a minimum of ten weeks of play, followed by "play-offs". Games are typically held on Thursday nights.
